Audrain Medical Centers Women’s Health Services is a comprehensive
service where the patient always comes first. From conception to menopause, our physicians, nurses, educators and support staff work together to provide quality care close to where you live and work.
Audrain Medical Center has two board certified obstetricians / gynecologists and nurses with over 200 years of experience who provide quality care for women of all ages. At AMC, our multi-disciplinary approach to patient care allows our
patients access to staff that specialize in all aspects of women’s health.
Comprehensive BirthplaceOur spacious LDR (Labor, Delivery, Recovery) and Postpartum rooms provide every amenity from home. Enjoy your cable TV and your own personal shower with confidence knowing you and your newborn are being taken care of by compassionate staff.
Gynecologic CareOur gynecologic surgeons offer minimally invasive surgeries that require less recovery time and minimize pain. After surgery, you will recover in one of our spacious rooms with experienced staff taking care of your physical needs.
Pediatric CareAMC’s Pediatricians are devoted to the healthy development and medical care of our infants and children. In collaboration with families, our Pediatrician’s expertise and dedication can assist in prevention and treatment of illness in infants and
children.
EducationOur staff is dedicated to our patients. We offer a special approach to
education. Our staff understands that everyone is unique. That is why we
offer one-on-one educational opportunities and educational classes to help support expectant families. We also offer our breastfeeding mothers support from our lactation specialist who can assist with confidence in their breastfeeding experience. We know that education is vital in ensuring a happy and healthy family.
Follow-UpYour care doesn’t end upon discharge. After you are settled at home, you will receive a phone call from one of our nurses to ease the transition from
inpatient to home. We want you to know that your ongoing well-being is important to us.
