AMC's Employee of the Month

July 2010
Congratulations to Renee Wright, who was named AMC's employee of the month for July 2010. Renee, who is a certified Emergency Medical Tech, has been with AMC for ten years and serves as EMT/PCT/Unit Secretary.

Renee says, "I enjoy helping people in the community that are sick and injured."

June 2010

Congratulations to Davina Hughes, who was named Audrain Medical Center's June 2010 Employee of the Month. Davina has been with AMC for 27 years and works as an LPN.

Davina says, "It is nice to be able to care for the people in your own community."

Congratulations to Joanna Schwartze,RT(R)(M) who was named Audrain Medical Center's May 2010 Employee of the Month!

Joanna has been with AMC for 15 years working in Medical Imaging Services. She specializes in echocardiology, vascular lab, mammography, radiology and as a Cath Lab tech.

Joanna says, "I like being close to home, the hometown feeling and the good care the employees give the patients."

April 2010

Congratulations to John Ferrier, who was named Audrain Medical Center's Employee of the Month for April, 2010. John has been with AMC for twenty years and currently serves as Truck Driver.

John says, "It gets me up and going every morning. The people I work with are easy to get along with and friendly. The work I do does require planning and decision making. Meeting the public and helping them if I can is satisfying."

Congratulations to AMC's February 2010 Employee of the Month Becky Burdick! Becky works with AMC in the Food Services department and has been on staff since 2008

Cherie Graupman was selected as AMC's Employee of the month for January 2010. She works as Executive Assistant and has been with AMC since 2002.

Cherie says, "I enjoy working with the AMC administrators and staff as we all work togetheras a team to provide our community with quality healthcare and the best possible service. It is fulfilling to work in an environment where everyone is focused on working toward the same goals. It is especially nice to work in a small town atmosphere where it is easy for friendships to grow.

December 2009

Congratuations to Elizabeth Monroe, RT(R)(M) for being selected as AMC's December 2009 Employee of the Month.

Elizabeth serves as a Mammographer and has been with AMC ten years.

She says about her job, "I enjoy making a rather unpleasant exam a little more bearable. I like working close to home and AMC has so much to offer Mexico and the surrounding communities with so many medical specialties. I’m proud to say that I work for AMC."

November 2009

Congratulations to Kelly Power, who was selected as AMC's Employee of the Month for November 2009. Kelly serves as a Clinical Nurse and has been with AMC for more than twenty years.

Kelly says, "God has blessed me with the privilege of working with wonderful physicians, nurses and staff. They are very friendly, supportive and professional. I appreciate the opportunity of being a part of this institution for over 22 years."

October 2009
Judy Gentry has been named AMC's October 2009 Employee of the Month. She serves as a Records Processor and has been with Audrain Medical Center since September 2001.

Judy Says, "I enjoy working with people. I actually like putting charts together, scanning them in, indexing them, and Q&A'ing them. I try to check it out and try not to make mistakes because there is a great satisfaction at the end of your shift if you know you’re doing your best. I’m the kind of person if I make a mistake, just tell me and I will try and learn from it."

September 2009

Carolyn Hahn has been selected as September 2009 Employee of the Month. Carolyn has been a part of the AMC staff since 1991 and serves as a Clinical Abstractor.

She says, "I truly enjoy working with the staff at AMC, especially with the people in my department, as this is my second family. As a clinical abstractor, my job provides all the things that makes one love their job – rewarding, challenging and the feeling that you are making a positive contribution. I feel very fortunate to be a part of the caring and dedicated AMC family."

August 2009
Congratulations to Michelle Rodriguez, AMC's August 2009 Employee of the Month! Michelle is a Database Administrator and has been with AMC since August 2007.

Michelle says, "I enjoy my work because every day brings a new challenge and whatever that challenge may be, my co-workers are always ready and willing to help any way they can."

Sherry Fox has been selected as the July 2009 Employee of the Month.
She serves as Storeroom Clerk and has been with AMC for five years.

Sherry says, "The people I work with are caring and giving."

Justin Richards has been selected as the June 2009 Employee of the Month. He is a Radiologic Technologist and has been serving with AMC for two years.

Justin says, "It is a fun place to work, the staff is friendly and the drive to work is great."

May 2009
Congratulations to Sande Rainbolt for being named the May 2009 Employee of the Month. Sande has been with AMC since 2001 and works as a Registered Nurse.

Sande says, "I love working with the patients – talking with them and trying to problem solve. It’s heart warming to see them get better. The staff I work with on 2 East is the best. We have a multitude of talents and expertise. This is a hospital that is devoted to caring for its patients and I am proud to be a part of it."

April 2009
Congratulations to Jenea Smith, who is a Physical Therapist with Audrain Medical Center. Jenea has been with AMC since September of 2006 and is a Certified Lymphedema Therapist as well as certified in First Aid/CPR.

Jeana says, "I am passionate about helping others and having fun. Luckily the staff I work with at AMC allows that to happen! Just like a family, my co-workers provide professional and personal support to help me reach my potential as a therapist. Thanks to AMC, I was recently certified in Lymphedema Therapy. It has been very rewarding to learn a new skill and make a difference in the lives of patients with a chronic condition."

Julie Warbritton, who works in Patient Registration, has been named Audrain Medical Center's March 2009 Employee of the Month.

She says, "During my past 2 years with AMC, I have found the healthcare industry to be both challenging and extremely rewarding...I am thankful that AMC is able to offer quality services in a hometown atmosphere, close to "home" for all those needing healthcare services.

Congratulations to Debbie Hall from AMC's Food Services Department. Debbie has worked at AMC for two and a half years.

She says, "I enjoy working with the public and the employees are like family."

Congratulations to Tracy Johnston from Mexico Family Health Care. Tracy has worked at AMC since September 2006.

Tracy says, " I love the people I work for and with. They are my second family and make it a joy to come to work each day. The patients are wonderful too. It's very rewarding caring and helping patients -- especially when we have so many sweet patients that come to our office. I think we have the best office around!
